Presentation Guidelines

Oral, Flash and Poster Guidelines

Due to the high volume of scientific submissions, we kindly ask that all presentation materials be sent by email to info@procuraomics.pt by 18 May.

All materials must be prepared and presented in English, the official language of the meeting.

We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.

Symposiums (Invited Speakers)

Lectures are allocated a 30-minute slot (25 minutes presentation + 5 minutes discussion).

Oral Communications

Oral communications have a 15-minute slot (12 minutes presentation + 3 minutes discussion).

Flash Oral Communications

Flash oral communications have a total duration of 4 minutes. No discussion time is included, as these are intended as teasers for the posters. Please note that a flash oral communication includes a poster presentation.

Presentation Format

Slides should be prepared using Microsoft PowerPoint.

Only Microsoft PowerPoint files (.ppt or .pptx) will be accepted. Please ensure that files are not saved in PowerPoint Show format (*.ppsx).

Hyperlinks and animations are not permitted. Sound in videos or embedded audio files is not supported.
